The MENO Method™
Menopause Education, Nutrition & Optimization
Your body is changing—but you should not have to navigate those changes through guesswork.
The MENO Method™ is an eight-week, personalized program designed to help you better understand your menopause symptoms, explore factors affecting your digestive health and create a practical nutrition and wellness plan guided by your health history and lab findings.
Whether you are struggling with low energy, disrupted sleep, weight changes, bloating or unpredictable digestion, you will receive individualized guidance to help you make more informed decisions about your health.
You Know Something Has Changed
Menopause does not always arrive as one clear, recognizable symptom.
You may notice that your sleep is less predictable, your energy is lower or your body responds differently to foods and routines that once worked well for you. At the same time, digestive concerns may leave you wondering whether hormones, nutrition, stress, gut health or another factor is contributing to how you feel.
You may be experiencing:
Menopause-Related Concerns
- Hot flashes or night sweats
- Changes in sleep
- Low energy or fatigue
- Mood changes or irritability
- Difficulty maintaining a comfortable weight
- Changes in body composition
- Difficulty concentrating
- Feeling unlike yourself
Digestive Concerns
- Bloating after meals
- Constipation
- Diarrhea or unpredictable bowel habits
- Reflux
- Excessive gas
- Food-related discomfort
- Irregular digestion
- Uncertainty about which foods support your body

Review of Findings
Dr. Meadows will explain your findings in clear, understandable language and discuss what they may mean in the context of your symptoms, health history and goals.
